At this time, he will always be wearing his mask. It's a domino that doesn't really hide his face at all (plus he wears the same clothes....) and you should feel free to know who he is when (if?) ever he shows up without it, but for now it stays on.
Unless specifically mentioned, he will not be otherwise suited up.
